Milojko Arsic is a full professor at the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade. He received his PhD in 2006 at the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade. He teaches Public Finance (undergraduate), Intermediate Public Finance (master), Fiscal Policy (master) and Monetary-financial stability and development (master). His professional interest is focused on public finance, fiscal policy and macroeconomics. He was a Vice Governor of the National Bank of Serbia for monetary policy and research (2003-2004). Also, he has been a member of Economic Council of the Prime-Minister of Serbia (2008-2012) and a member of the Council of the National Bank of Serbia (2008-2012). He has been teaching at the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade since 2008. He is currently Editor in chief of publication Quarterly monitor.
