Alina Luchian is the Marketing and Communications Manager of XWiki SAS, a French company based on the eponymous Open Source project. She has worked with tech companies, organized and promoted entrepreneurial events and created digital strategies with local entrepreneurs. In 2017, Google Romania selected her to be its Ambassador in Iași and in 2016 she represented the University “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” of Iași at the World Universities Debate Championship. Prior to following a career in marketing, she was an intern for the Romanian Ministry of Sports and Youth, handling social media communication for Gabriela Szabo (then, minister). In 2017 she graduated the European Studies Master Degree and, in 2015, she got her Bachelor’s Degree in International Economics and Business. Both degrees were earned at the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași.
