Cyntia is public affairs manager at JTI based in Geneva, Switzerland. In her role, Cyntia develops strategies to address regulatory challenges such as restrictions to the use of brands and intellectual property. Before JTI, Cyntia worked in Regulatory Policy at the Organization of Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) and before on the Regulatory Improvement Commission in the Mexican government. Cyntia is a lawyer with an LLM in International Law from the Graduate Institute in Geneva and a BA on International Affairs from the Monterrey Institute of Higher Education and Technology in Mexico.
