Mihai Vladimir TOPAN (n. 1979) is academic vice-president of The Ludwig von Mises Institute – Romania, founder of The Private Academy, associate professor in the International Business and Economics Department (Bucharest University of Economic Studies), member of the Property and Freedom Society (Bodrum, Turkey), Romanian Senior Fellow of The Cobden Centre (London), Alumnus of New Europe College (Bucharest). PhD in international economics and business (2009) with a thesis on The Enterprise in International Business. An Austrian School Perspective. He lectures on comparative economic policy, economic concepts and principles, international trade & policy, corporate governance and international financial markets.
