Vojin Golubovic is economist who started his professional engagement at the Institute for Strategic Studies and Prognoses (ISSP) in 2006. Currently he holds position of senior researcher at this institute. Since 2008, he works as associate at the Faculty for International Economy Finance and Business at the University Donja Gorica (UDG). He has valuable experience in economic analysis, demographics, migration, etc. He is author or co-author of numerous publications and national reports related to economic policies, that promote economic freedoms (covering areas such as human development, labour market, etc.) Mr. Golubovic is member of national and international inter-disciplinary research teams and networks, member of Union of Economists and Managers of Montenegro; Member of Working Group for preparing negotiations for Montenegro’s accession to EU (Chapter 18: Statistics); Member of the National Council for Competitiveness. He is currently PhD candidate at the Faculty for International Economy Finance and Business, UDG / course: International Economy.
