In 1995-2006, senior economist at Centre for Social and Economic Research (CASE) Foundation. Co-author of the Polish Economic Outlook – Quarterly Forecasts by CASE. On-site macroeconomic advisor to: Ukraine to the Cabinet of Prime Minister and Chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine (1994-97), Kyrgyzstan to the Ministry of Finance and Chairman of the National Bank of Kyrgyzstan (1994-96), Kazakhstan to President (1995), Moldova to the Ministry of Economics (1999).
