Fernández Luiña, Eduardo

Eduardo Fernández Luiña is CEO at Juan de Mariana’s Institute. Since 2008 he teaches at Universidad Francisco Marroquín, Guatemala. His research has focused on Public Choice –the subject he teaches at the Master in Environmental Economics-, democratic quality and international integration process in comparative perspective. His life and working philosophy states: To innovate through ideas and create a space for dialogue that contributes to solve some problems of our daily life.
