Aleksandra Jovanovic is a full professor at the Belgrade University Faculty of Law. She received her PhD in 1992 at the Belgrade University Faculty of Law, Department of Law and Economics. She teaches Economic Analysis of Law, Introduction to Microeconomics, and Economic Analysis of Institutions. Her participation in many local and international projects demonstrates her professional interest in institutional economics and economic analysis of law – property, contracts and law of business organization. She has been teaching at the Belgrade Faculty of Law since 1981, and she served as a Vice-Dean at the same faculty in four terms. Currently, she is the Head of the Department of Law and Economics at the Belgrade University Faculty of Law and the president of the Serbian Law and Economics Association.
